Problems with LogIn and Voting

Hi guys
I tryed to vote but it can not find the internet page.. I tihnk u should check it
And I don't know why but the game is not working now.. it say: "Can not Download [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]
No idea what it is so if someone can help me pls do it ^^
I downloaded the patch and still nothing.. I think u should make it all in 1 peace coz some people getting confused.. or its just me idk x.x

Well i can't figure it out at all xD so your doing better than i am i can't even figure out how to make an account -.- or download xD
